When you sign up for Touchcard and create a campaign you will be prompted to create a subscription before you can start sending postcards.

When you create a subscription you will be charged for the amount you subscribed to, and the credit will be added to your account so you can start sending postcards immediately.

Your subscription will then renew each month on the day you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed to $89 worth of credit on June 15th, you will be billed again on July 15th for $89 and so on until you cancel or change the subscription amount.

Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade your subscription amount you will be billed the difference between your existing subscription amount and the upgraded amount immediately and the credit will be added to your account so it is available for use right away.

Going forward you will be billed each month for the upgraded subscription amount until you cancel or change the subscription amount.

Downgrades

If you choose to downgrade your subscription amount the changes will take effect when your next billing period starts at which point you will be billed for the downgraded subscription amount.

Your subscription amount will remain at the downgraded amount until you cancel you change the subscription amount.

Note: There are no contracts or obligations so subscriptions can be canceled at any time and any credit purchased does not expire.
